Manage and execute the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers.
Monitor upcoming renewals, forecast risks/opportunities, and proactively address any issues.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely renewal quotes, contract preparation, and billing alignment.
Negotiate renewal terms within predefined guidelines to ensure a high renewal rate.
Customer Engagement:
Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, or adoption sessions to understand customer goals and align product value.
Act as the voice of the customer internally by providing feedback to Product, Support, and Marketing teams.
