Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers
Proactively engage customers to improve retention and loyalty
Handle customer concerns, escalations, and feedback effectively
Conduct follow-ups, renewal calls, and satisfaction checks
Identify at-risk customers and implement retention strategies
Collaborate with sales, support, and operations teams
Maintain accurate customer records and reports
Share customer insights to improve services and processes
Eligibility & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in customer retention, customer success, or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability
Experience with CRM tools is a plus
Ability to handle objections and build long-term trust
