Job Description

We are looking for a proactive

Customer Retention Executive

who can build strong relationships with existing customers, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce churn. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring long-term engagement with our products/services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers Proactively engage customers to improve retention and loyalty Handle customer concerns, escalations, and feedback effectively Conduct follow-ups, renewal calls, and satisfaction checks Identify at-risk customers and implement retention strategies Collaborate with sales, support, and operations teams Maintain accurate customer records and reports Share customer insights to improve services and processes
Eligibility & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in customer retention, customer success, or account management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability Experience with CRM tools is a plus Ability to handle objections and build long-term trust

Customer retention rate Customer satisfaction score (CSAT) Churn reduction Renewal and upsell success Response and resolution time
