Key Responsibilities:
? Should have experiemce in Customer Onboarding and Retention calls. ? Assist in Customer Retention and provide solution in case of issues ? Manage Customer Onboarding communication to internal or external partners ? Coordinate with the cross functional teams to enable required systems and processes ? Maintain Customer Onboarding trackers and dashboards
Must Haves: ₹ Graduate/ Post Graduate from any college ? Must have 1+ years of work experience in / Ops support / Retention ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada and English is Mandatory ? Hands-on with Microsoft Office & Google Suite tools including Excel, PowerPoints.
