Key Responsibilities -
1. Handle post-order, post-delivery and support communication via calls & WhatsApp -
2. Re-engage existing and inactive customers to drive repeat purchases -
3. Manage returns, exchanges and cancellations with focus on saving orders - Provide fit, size and product guidance to improve customer satisfaction -
4. Collect structured feedback on product, fit and overall experience -
5. Maintain customer records, preferences and interaction logs - Coordinate insights with internal teams to improve product & processes -
6. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
