We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Representative Executive
with a minimum of 1 year of experience in
technical support
. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of troubleshooting technical issues, managing inbound and outbound support calls, and handling support tickets via email or chat.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and technical issues through
calls, emails, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related technical issues promptly and professionally
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions
Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
through quality support
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
