Customer Relationship Executive - Service (CRE - PSF)
Job Summary:
Responsible for following up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns, contributing to CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers after service to gather feedback.
Record and analyze feedback to improve service quality.
Coordinate with service advisors to resolve issues promptly.
Update DMS or CRM systems with feedback details.
Prepare weekly reports on customer satisfaction.
Ensure high CSI/NPS scores through proactive communication.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer-facing roles.
