Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering exceptional service.
Resolve customer issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain customer records, handle service requests, and support post-sales processes.
Assist in managing walk-in customers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Gather customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
Support sales teams in customer engagement activities when required.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Malayalam.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customers professionally.
Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries is an added advantage.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to multitask.
