Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Trainee

to join our customer support and operations team.

Role Overview:

The

CRM Trainee

will assist in managing customer interactions, handling queries, maintaining databases, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly. Follow up on leads, feedback, and order-related issues. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams for customer resolutions. Track customer satisfaction metrics and prepare basic reports. Assist in retention and loyalty programs. Ensure high-quality communication and professionalism with every customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any degree: BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, or any discipline. Strong communication skills in English & Tamil. Good listening, patience, and customer-handling abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets). Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills. Must be available for
