Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

3. Documentation and feedback: Maintain records of interactions, gather feedback, and report insights
4. Multichannel assistance: Provide support across various channels, ensuring consistent service
5. Client engagement: Build and maintain relationships, addressing client needs and preferences
6. Communication and updates: Effectively communicate updates, promotions, and company news to clients
7. Issue escalation and Coordination: Escalate issues, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions
8. Upselling and retention: Identify upselling opportunities and implement strategies for client retention
9. Professionalism: Represent the company professionally, ensuring positive client interactions
