About the Role:


At Augmentastic, we build futuristic AI voice agents, immersive VR training, and Xreach -- our AI-powered marketing automation platform. Now we're looking for a dynamic professional who can do two things brilliantly:

? Close deals like a pro

If you can charm, solve, sell, and support -- all before your coffee gets cold -- welcome aboard.

What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers)1? Customer Relationship (The Friendly Superhuman Part)



Be the first smiling voice customers hear -- digitally or on call. Handle queries, issues, and support requests with calm and clarity. Build long-term relationships, not quick transactions. Ensure customers feel heard, helped, and happy -- always. Turn complaints into compliments with empathy and wit.

2? Sales & Closing (The Ninja Part)



Engage warm leads, pitch our solutions, and close deals confidently. Demonstrate AI voice agents, Xreach, and immersive training to prospects. Spot opportunities for upselling/cross-selling naturally. Follow up strategically -- without sounding robotic or desperate. Drive revenue growth and contribute to expanding our client base.

You're Perfect If You Have:



Excellent communication skills with a mix of professionalism + likeability. A problem-solving mindset (not a "please wait, I will check" personality). The ability to understand customer needs and match them to our solutions. The drive of a salesperson + the empathy of a relationship manager. Comfort with using CRM tools (bonus if you've used Xreach ). A hunger to grow -- professionally AND financially.

Extra Bonus Points:



Experience in SaaS, AI, digital marketing, VR training, or automation. You love technology and can explain it simply and confidently. You know how to handle "let me think about it" objections like a champ.
