About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Representative (CRR) to oversee client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to sales growth. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and building long-term relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
Handle queries, complaints, and provide solutions.
Coordinate with sales & operations for order processing and delivery.
Maintain customer records and share feedback with management.
Support in upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
Graduate in Business/Marketing/Engineering (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
