What You'll Be Doing

Be the link that matters

: Understand exactly what clients need and make sure the right writer is on the job.

Juggle conversations like a champ

: Whether it's emails, calls, live chats, WhatsApp messages, or even a quick Facebook ping--you'll always be ready with answers.

Own the process end-to-end

: From the moment a project lands in your lap to the final delivery, you'll make sure it's on point.

Team up across departments

: Writers, operations, QA--you'll be the friendly connector keeping everything smooth and coordinated.

What We're Looking For

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). A great listener who can untangle problems quickly. Someone cool under pressure, even when deadlines are knocking. A multitasking ninja who can switch between tasks seamlessly. Flexible enough to thrive in a 24/7 rotational shift environment. Curious, proactive, and always two steps ahead.
