Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via
email, chat, and phone
Provide
prompt replies
to all customer queries and concerns
Handle billing and manage feedback from customers
Act as a
bridge between the customer and the development team
Regularly follow up with potential customers who have enquired but haven't purchased
Professionally push for sales when needed, without being forceful
Escalate unresolved issues to the team lead or technical head
Maintain a record of customer conversations and feedback
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
(spoken and written)
(Majority of clients are from non-Hindi speaking states)* Good typing speed and comfort with writing professional emails & chat messages
Strong follow-up skills and problem-solving attitude
Must be committed to long-term growth
Willing to work
from the office
(10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday)
