Petra Steel Doors is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship
Officer to manage client interactions, support sales activities, and maintain strong
relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with
strong language skills and a pleasant, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Maintain and update customer records and follow up on leads
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing
Provide product information and support to customers
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Prepare basic reports related to customer interactions and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
English speaking is mandatory (spoken and written)
Ability to speak Hindi and Tamil
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools preferred)
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Experience
Prior experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role is preferred
Location Preference
Candidates based in or near Aluva will be given preference
