Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound inquiries, and converting leads into potential customers while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information. Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales/target goals. Maintain customer databases with updated information. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: [10th/12th pass / Graduate, depending on company needs]. Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional language as per requirement]. Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage CRM systems.
