Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for broking and investment services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by offering quality service and support.
Handle customer queries, provide investment-related information, and guide them through account opening/trading processes.
Cross-sell and upsell company products and services (Demat, trading accounts, investment products, etc.).
Ensure excellent customer experience with professional etiquette and problem-solving skills.
Track market trends, generate leads, and explore new business opportunities.
Prepare reports on client interactions, acquisitions, and revenue performance for management.
