Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries from prospective students Explain course details, schedules, fees, and career benefits clearly Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups Maintain strong relationships with existing and past students Coordinate with trainers and management for batch scheduling Maintain student records and update CRM/database regularly Handle student feedback, concerns, and support requests professionally Assist in promotional activities, seminars, and demo sessions Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention
