Customer Relationship Officer - Female- Chennai - Leading Wellness Company

We are seeking a

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

to manage client interactions, ensure excellent service experience, and support patient engagement throughout their wellness journey. The role focuses on

client coordination, follow-ups, retention, and satisfaction

, while maintaining professionalism and empathy in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Support

Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally Handle inbound and outbound calls related to appointments and queries Guide clients through consultation and treatment processes Address client concerns and escalate issues when required
Appointment & Follow-up Management

Schedule and manage doctor / therapist appointments Conduct post-consultation and treatment follow-ups Send reminders via calls, WhatsApp, or SMS Ensure continuity of treatment plans and client retention
Customer Experience & Retention

Maintain high levels of client satisfaction Build long-term relationships with clients Encourage repeat visits and referrals Collect feedback and support service improvement initiatives
Documentation & Coordination

Maintain accurate client records and consent forms Update CRM / Excel with appointment and follow-up details Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and sales counsellors Support front-desk and operations when required

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline)
Experience

1-4 years of experience in

customer service / relationship management

Experience in

wellness, healthcare, clinic, hospitality, or beauty industry

preferred Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered
Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic, patient-focused approach Organised and detail-oriented Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business) Ability to handle sensitive client information confidentially

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
