Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in person
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers
Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Update and maintain customer records and databases
Follow up with customers for feedback and service satisfaction
Support the sales team with customer coordination and follow-ups
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
Good communication skills in
TAMIL/ENGLISH

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customers politely and patiently
Minimum qualification:
Any degree / Diploma
Experience in customer service preferred
