Customer Relationship Officer



We are looking for a

Customer Relationship Officer

who can build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth through effective communication and service.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in person Maintain positive relationships with existing customers Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery Update and maintain customer records and databases Follow up with customers for feedback and service satisfaction Support the sales team with customer coordination and follow-ups Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:



Good communication skills in

TAMIL/ENGLISH

(Hindi is an added advantage) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software) Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to handle customers politely and patiently Minimum qualification:

Any degree / Diploma

Experience in customer service preferred

(freshers can apply)
