Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Officer (Sales) to join our team. You will engage with customers over calls, understand their needs, qualify leads, and support the sales team in achieving growth targets. This role requires excellent communication, strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential customers.
Understand customer needs and qualify leads.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for further sales discussions.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly lead and revenue targets.
Stay updated on products, campaigns, and market trends.
Requirements
6 months to 5 years of experience in sales or customer relationship roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales drive and ability to handle objections effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Flexibility to work as per business needs.
