Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will assist in addressing customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting the sales and service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and handle inquiries promptly.
Maintain positive relationships by providing timely support and information.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Assist in customer feedback collection and follow-up for continuous improvement.
Support the sales team in client engagement and retention initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
0-1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Soft Skills:
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
