Responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining client data, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the company to improve satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer database in CRM software.
Handle customer queries and complaints promptly.
Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams for order follow-up.
Prepare and share regular customer reports and feedback.
Support the sales team with lead follow-up and customer communication.
Ensure timely communication regarding delivery, payments, and service issues.
Build and maintain good relationships with key customers.
Key Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Data management and reporting skills.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2 -5 years of experience in CRM or customer service (manufacturing / Relevant).
