We are Hiring Customer Relationship Officer

Qualifications and Skills:Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 2 wheeler Must Gender: Male & Female

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or customer service (preferably in lending). Experience with group lending methodologies and individual loan assessment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Identify and recruit potential clients for group and individual loan products. Conduct group meetings and community mobilization to promote loan offerings. Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and excellent service.

Loan Processing & Assessment:

Collect, verify, and process loan applications ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conduct field visits, household/business assessments, and due diligence. Evaluate creditworthiness of applicants using company guidelines and risk assessment tools

Reporting & Compliance:

Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the loan management system. Prepare regular reports on loan performance, client portfolio, and field activities. Ensure adherence to internal policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory standards.
