Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and the textile industry. The Sales Executive will work from our office and focus on generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our upcoming fairs. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as online research, databases, and networking.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including brands, manufacturers, retailers, and wholesalers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Sales Presentations: Present and explain the benefits of participating in AIATF's fairs to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and video meetings.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals with exhibitors for our upcoming fairs.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards goals in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and event management teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales, event sales, or the apparel/textile industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
