Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant information, guidance, and support.
Follow up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries or escalate issues when required.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions in CRM systems or Excel sheets.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and maintain high-quality communication standards.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, trends, or suggestions for improvement.
Ensure professionalism and a positive customer experience in every interaction.
