The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving queries, and contributing to customer retention and business growth. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
? Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
? Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients
? Follow up with customers regarding product/services, payments, or pending issues
? Resolve customer complaints or escalate to senior management when necessary
? Maintain and update customer records in CRM or internal systems
? Collect customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
? Guide customers about products, courses, or services based on requirements
? Support sales team in conversion, retention, and renewals
? Share reminders about offers, updates, renewals, new services, etc.
? Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and daily activities
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any disciplinePG,Diploma
Experience
0-2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
