Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Customer Relationship Officer
to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The role involves understanding customer needs, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Ensure timely resolution of issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work with sales and support teams to enhance customer experience.
Conduct follow-ups with clients regularly.
Support cross-selling and up-selling of products/services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Any related field.
0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
