Respond to customer enquiries (walk-in/phone) and ensure high-quality service.
Support branding activities, promote offers, and encourage customer feedback.
Assist in sales development by upselling services and meeting monthly targets.
Coordinate with operations/delivery teams for timely order processing.
Requirements:
Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and experience in billing/POS preferred.
Ability to handle customer issues professionally.
