- Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Role Overview We are hiring Customer Relationship Managers (CRM) for a voice-based inbound process. The role involves handling customer queries and concerns over calls, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities o Address and resolve customer queries and concerns via inbound calls o Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling customer interactions o Ensure accurate documentation of customer issues and resolutions o Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions o Uphold service quality standards and meet performance metrics Qualification o Any Graduation (mandatory) o Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi preferred o Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome Salary o Freshers: ?17,000 in hand (CTC: 2.55 LPA) o Experienced: Up to ?27,000 in hand (CTC: 3.7 LPA) Shift Timings o Male: Between 7:00 AM - 12:30 AM (any 9.5-hour shift) o Female: Between 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM (any 9.5-hour shift) Work Schedule o 5 days working o 2 rotational week offs Location 13th Floor, Vishwaroop IT Park, Behind Raghuleela Mall, Opposite Vashi Station, Sector 30, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400705

Pay: ?17,558.44 - ?27,244.60 per month
