Job Description
Responsibilities: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Answer questions about products or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and fix appointments. Direct prospects to the field sales team. Enter and update customer information in the database. Handle grievances to preserve the company\'s reputation. Keep records of calls and appointments and note useful information. Qualification: Any Degree Location : Highcourt Jn ,Ernakulam Nearest Bus Stop : Sarita Savitha Bus Stop Work Timings : 10 AM to 6.30 PM Weekoffs : 6 days of work from Monday to Saturday.
