Job Description

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.

Issue Resolution:

Address customer complaints, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively across various channels (phone, email, chat).

Customer Support:

Provide accurate information about products/services and guide customers through processes.

Data & Strategy:

Utilize CRM systems to log interactions, analyze customer data, and suggest improvements to processes and customer experience.

Collaboration:

Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize the customer journey and implement retention strategies.

Revenue Growth:

Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products and achieving targets (especially in finance/banking).

Feedback Loop:

Gather and relay customer feedback to management and relevant departments.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹9,009.55 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
