Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Address customer queries, concerns, and provide accurate information Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Update customer details and call records accurately Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Requirements:

Good communication skills in

English Telugu manageable

Ability to handle customer conversations confidently Basic computer knowledge Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome Should be punctual, flexible, and a team player

Skills Required:

Clear and polite voice Good listening and problem-solving skills Ability to manage calls effectively
