Customer Relationship Officer JD



Procuring new clients through company leads , maintaining affective and timely communication converting them in to valuable customers to meet the company revenue targets. Procuring new b2b clients. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with with other department to provide sufficient documents for the client processing Identify opportunities to improve customer service and recommend new strategies. Track and manage customer interactions through a CRM system. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while addressing customer needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience of sales in edtech , study abroad or international recruitment firm. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Experience with CRM software and customer service tools.
