We are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Ernakulam. This entry-level role is designed for freshers interested in developing a career in customer relations and sales. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you'll engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide appropriate solutions.

- Assist customers in understanding products and services, handling any issues they encounter.

- Actively pursue sales opportunities through understanding customer needs and offering appropriate products.

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales.

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experiences and sales processes.

- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective service.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Any graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of customer service principles.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
