Unit Manager & Relationship Officer - Life Insurance

Location: All Kerala (Only candidates from Kerala should apply. Other state applicants will not be considered.)

Salary: ?25,000 - ?40,000 monthly (Basic) + Attractive Incentives

Age Limit: Below 30 years

Education: Graduation mandatory

Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience is compulsory

1. Unit Manager - Life Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

Recruit Insurance Advisors from your personal and professional network
Train, guide, and motivate advisors
Drive business through advisor channel
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Relationship Officer - Life Insurance (Bancassurance)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in customers at the bank branch
Understand customer needs and pitch suitable life insurance products
Maintain strong relationships with bank staff
Ensure smooth sales closure and documentation

Graduates with minimum 1 year of sales experience (any industry)
