Job Summary:



We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to support and assist customers after the sales process. This is a

non-target role

, focused entirely on customer service, follow-up, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide after-sales support to customers through calls and follow-up interactions. Assist customers with queries, service requests, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain customer records and update feedback in the system. Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to improve service satisfaction. Ensure timely communication and support as per company standards.

Skills Required:



Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam). Customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle queries patiently and professionally. Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, CRM entries). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
