We're seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Relationship Executive to build strong client relationships, resolve issues promptly, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product/service information clearly.
- Resolve queries, complaints, and service issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Log all interactions in the CRM system with accurate details and follow?up actions.
- Identify upsell/cross?sell opportunities and refer leads to the sales team.
- Ensure timely follow?up on renewals, feedback collection, and satisfaction surveys.
- Coordinate with internal teams (support, logistics, finance) to deliver solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
