Job Description

Customer Service Manager (CRO) -

Location: ALL KERALA

Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts & assist in policy documentation

Track policy renewals & premium collection

Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries

Support branch manager in operational tasks

Maintain accurate records of policies, commissions, and payments

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration

Experience: 2-4 years in customer service / insurance operations

Skills: Communication, organization, attention to detail, MS Office proficiency

Security Deposit: ₹3,00,000 TO 500000 per CRO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
