We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to build strong relationships with students and parents while ensuring excellent service delivery. The CRO will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth learning experience, playing a key role in improving student satisfaction and retention in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for student and parent queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, policies, and services.
Resolve complaints quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive experience.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams to address student/customer concerns.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems.
Proactively follow up with students/parents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Gather feedback and share insights with management for service improvements.
Assist in organizing student support activities, orientations, and engagement programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
1-3 years of experience in customer relations, student support, or EdTech services.
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Strong patience and empathy when handling customer/student issues.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
