Job Summary



We are looking for a

Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

to manage client interactions, resolve issues, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and skilled in relationship management.

Responsibilities



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Support business growth through retention and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Prior experience in customer service or client relationship roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
