Key Responsibilities

Guide students and parents in selecting appropriate courses and universities (India and abroad) Conduct personalized counselling sessions via phone, video, and in-person Understand student requirements and provide end-to-end guidance through application and admission processes Convert leads into admissions through persuasive counselling and relationship management Stay updated on course offerings, scholarship opportunities, visa regulations, and admission timelines Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide weekly performance reports Train and mentor junior counsellors and contribute to team development Participate in webinars, educational fairs, and promotional events
Knowledge of countries like UK, USA, Germany, and Schengen for study abroad counselling

Fluency in regional languages is an advantage Experience in organizing or speaking at career guidance events
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
