We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relation Executives. The role involves assisting customers with travel-related services, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions through phone, email, and in-person.
Assist clients with ticketing, holiday packages, visas, and other travel services.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
Provide information on products, promotions, and travel guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Support cross-selling and upselling of company services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
