What you'll do
Handle inbound and outbound calls with a friendly demeanor, ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette.
Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to client needs.
Utilize your multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base, enhancing their experience through clear communication.
Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our services.
Process cash handling transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
Demonstrate strong typing skills to efficiently document customer interactions and maintain records.
Leverage Microsoft Office tools to create reports and manage customer information effectively.
Experience
Proven experience in customer support or client services, ideally within a call center environment.
Strong communication skills in TELUGU ; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
Familiarity with sales techniques and an ability to upsell products or services when appropriate.
Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office applications for data management.
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement.
