Responsibilities:
Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
Initiate customer refund follow-up for cancelled or returned orders
Conduct confirmation calls with customers for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to ensure smooth delivery and address any concerns
Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products/services
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in customer service or related field
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering great experiences
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to Haves:
Experience with CRM software
Knowledge of customer success principles and practices
