Job Description

Job Purpose: To handle inbound and service-related customer calls efficiently, ensuring timely communication, accurate information sharing, and excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive coordination with internal teams and effective usage of Maple software for call logging and service management.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Handle inbound and service calls from customers with a professional and courteous approach.

2. Record customer details, complaints, and service requests in Maple software as per standard procedures.

3. Coordinate with the service team for timely resolution of customer issues and follow up until closure.

4. Maintain call logs, prepare reports, and escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department.

5. Ensure high standards of communication and customer handling aligned with company values.

Required Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA / B.Com / BA). Proficiency in computer operations and CRM or service software (Maple preferred).

Experience Required

: 1-3 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / service coordination roles.

Key Skills:

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi), strong telephone etiquette, problem-solving ability, and experience with Maple or similar software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
