Job Description

Deals in Home Loan Responsible for meeting targets, identify new sources from assigned geography & maintain good relationship with sources.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sales of LAP/Mortgage loans in the assigned Branch,
2. Responsibilities to Business Loan/ Mortgage Loan, Lap, Gold Loan etc.
3. Ensure the monthly targets are achieved
4. Develop and maintain business relationships with other support teams
5. Follow the procedures and processes laid down by the organization in 100% of the cases
6. Maintain customer relationships post the disbursement to ensure customer satisfaction and stickiness to the Bank.
7. Be a team player
8. Support the collections team on any delinquencies on the branch portfolio. Demonstrate initiative and creativity
9. It is a Filed sales
10. Product to handle - Home loan Mortgage, salaried construction, lap.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
