Monday to Friday

Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)

We are looking for a

Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

for our

Finance Process

in Kochi. The ideal candidate should be fluent in

English, Hindi, and Malayalam

and have good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to finance processes Explain financial products, services, and payment details to customers Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Follow company policies and compliance standards Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process flow

Required Skills

Fluency in

English, Hindi & Malayalam

(mandatory) Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of finance or customer service processes (preferred) Ability to work in a target-oriented environment Basic computer knowledge
