Role & Responsibilities:
Handling inbound & outbound customer calls (Tele-sales)
Making follow-up calls & fixing client appointments
Outbound calling on data collected via lead generation activities
Addressing and resolving customer queries efficiently
Keeping detailed call records
Building and maintaining strong, profitable customer relationships
Resolving customer complaints quickly and professionally
Supporting business growth through quality customer interaction
Skills Required:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
People-centric approach & convincing ability
Basic MS Office proficiency
Willingness to travel and relocate
Client handling & problem-solving mindset
