Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries regarding courses, fees, and placement support.
Counsel students and parents to help them choose suitable accounting and finance programs.
Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into admissions, and meet monthly enrolment targets.
Maintain strong relationships with students from admission till course completion.
Coordinate with faculty, placement teams, and admin staff to ensure seamless student support.
Manage daily reports, CRM updates, and documentation.
Assist in organizing seminars, placement drives, and promotional activities.
Address student concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and sales experience (mandatory).
Good presentation and counseling ability.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to multitask, follow deadlines, and work in a student-centric environment.
