Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Officer to manage student interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless learning experience. You will be the first point of contact for students and play a key role in nurturing relationships that drive student satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person to address queries and provide guidance.
Maintain records of student interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Assist in onboarding new students and guide them through courses and programs.
Collaborate with the sales and training teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Identify opportunities to enhance student engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Prepare reports on student feedback, satisfaction levels, and recurring issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or student support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Empathetic, patient, and able to handle multiple student interactions efficiently.
